Please note that materials and disposal costs are still charged at the full rate, but as the highest cost is the labour cost, this discount will save you a considerable sum of money.
We believe in simple transparent pricing - we've got nothing to hide so why shouldn't we? If you're in the unfortunate position of needing an emergency callout, the last thing you want is to be hit with an unexpected bill. We define an emergency callout as any out of hours call (between 5PM and 8AM). The rate you pay is £65 (£58.50 discount rate) for the first hour and £50 (£45 discount rate) for each additional hour. There is a minimum callout charge of 1 hour and thereafter work is billed in half hour increments (or part of). We do not charge for travelling time - only time on the job.
All our routine work is carried out on a fixed price basis. To do this, we estimate how long the job is going to take and charge £50 (£45.00 discount rate) for the first hour and £35 (£31.50 discount rate) for each additional hour. There is always a minimum charge of 1 hour. In most cases, the price you pay will be fixed. If this is not going to be the case you will be told so before the work starts. Your quotation will be clearly split into labour, materials and disposal (if required).

These prices in no way form a quotation for any work you require and are supplied to save you the hassle of arranging a quotation if your budget is significantly different to our prices.
